宜賓老酒坊

四川自古多佳釀，釀酒的歷史可以上溯到3000多年前的商周時期。李莊鎮的老酒坊的歷史也有120多年了，經驗豐富的釀酒師傅靠肩挑、眼看、口嘗的純手工方式釀酒。李莊的老酒坊最初是私人作坊，幾經變遷，現在的主人姓周，有工人8人，每年生產50多噸酒，主要供給周邊鄉鎮的鄉親，被譽為當地的特產之首。由于面臨大酒廠工業化釀酒的沖擊，李莊老酒坊的經營始終不如人意。酒坊的主人也想改弦易轍。到是酒坊的釀酒老師傅舍不得丟下祖傳的技藝，仍在辛苦的堅持釀酒。這是2009年5月7日，一名釀酒師把蒸好的料從甑子中取出來。

The history of distilling in southwest China's Sichuan Province can be traced back to more than thousands of years ago, which is in Shang and Zhou Dynasties. The original and traditional technology can only be found in some small cellars or ancient distilleries in Yibin and Luzhou etc. in the south of Sichuan Province.
