日常生活類新聞單幅獲獎照片 優秀獎 宜賓老酒坊  ? 四川自古多佳釀,釀酒的歷史可以上溯到3000多年前的商周時期。李莊鎮的老酒坊的歷史也有120多年了,經驗豐富的釀酒師傅靠肩挑、眼看、口嘗的純手工方式釀酒。李莊的老酒坊最初是私人作坊,幾經變遷,現在的主人姓周,有工人8人,每年生產50多噸酒,主要供給周邊鄉鎮的鄉親,被譽為當地的特產之首。由于面臨大酒廠工業化釀酒的沖擊,李莊老酒坊的經營始終不如人意。酒坊的主人也想改弦易轍。到是酒坊的釀酒老師傅舍不得丟下祖傳的技藝,仍在辛苦的堅持釀酒。這是2009年5月7日,一名釀酒師把蒸好的料從甑子中取出來。 The history of distilling in southwest China's Sichuan Province can be traced back to more than thousands of years ago, which is in Shang and Zhou Dynasties.
